Full remodel & addition with roof deck in Cow Hollow San Francisco. A large skylight was added over the relocated centralized stair to draw light all the way down to the lower levels. Part of rear massing was reduced at the existing second & third stories to create a roof deck off the kitchen & to increase open area for the back yard.
