Somewhere in what we hope is the far distant past the front facade this building was badly abused. A formerly stately entry stair had been turned sideways blocking access to a too short garage door that was not going to open anyway. Shoddy aluminum windows, vertical T-111!? One of the side walls in a bathroom was actually the neighbor’s exterior wall. Rotted stairs sprawled out over a yard littered with construction debris from years of band-aid repair jobs. This was an extensive remodel, restoration project with rear & top story additions, & a roof deck at the top story master suite.
