The top story of this building was expanded toward the rear & set back to create a roof deck at the front facade. A rear addition creates terraces at each story below as well as a roof deck above the new top story. The fourth story Kitchen / Dining / Family takes advantage of north & south through views of downtown & of the the San Francisco Bay.
