The front facade of this building was fully restored complete with new custom plaster gable relief by SF’s own Lorna Kollmeyer (the old one was too gummed up by years of white washing to salvage). A over-burdened & ugly retaining wall along the sidewalk was removed & new tiered retaining planters (hand planted by yours truly b/c FULL SERVICE) were installed. Three units were reconfigured & detailed with contemporary finishes & fixtures.
